Care and Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our residential care team in Longcroft, Falkirk. As a Waking Nights Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs, ensuring their safety, dignity, and well-being at all times.
Main Responsibilities- Support daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication administration, and meal preparation
- Assist with household chores and maintaining a safe and clean environment
- Develop strong relationships with service users, colleagues, and other stakeholders to promote effective support
- Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification)
- Minimum 6 months' experience working in residential care or a related field
- Enhanced Adult PVG Disclosure Scotland certificate required
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.00
