About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Brook Street UK team as a Service Desk Administrator, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and escalating complex problems to senior technicians.
  • Managing service schedules, generating reports, and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as Sales and Marketing, to develop and implement effective business strategies.

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or administrative capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Information

Our competitive salary package includes a guaranteed minimum salary of £28,000 per annum, plus opportunities for career progression and professional development.
