We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Secondary School English Teacher to join a reputable school in Deal, Kent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, tracking student progress, and supporting their academic and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver dynamic and creative English lessons.
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress.
- Support students to achieve their full potential in GCSE English.
- Work collaboratively with other staff to create a positive learning environment.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Attend parent evenings and contribute to the school's extracurricular activities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE in Secondary English.
- Experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4 levels.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
