Weekend Hotel Receptionist

We're looking for experienced receptionist for our beautiful restaurant and hotel.

Updown is a magical farmstead with acres of beautiful garden and woodland situated just outside Deal in Kent. This is a very exciting time to be joining our ranks as we continue to grow and build our reputation nationally.

Owing to the location of the venue, you must also have your own transportation or consistent means of travelling to and from work during sometimes unsocial hours.

Main responsibilities:

- Manage hotel and restaurant reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in booking processes.
- Facilitate guest check-ins and check-outs, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Address and promptly resolve guest requests, ensuring their needs are met during their stay.
- Maintain and update booking systems to ensure accurate records of reservations and guest information. (Little Hotelier, Resy)
- Collaborate with administrative manager to communicate important information and ensure seamless guest services.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
