Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will provide support to individuals in their own homes with their needs, ensuring their well-being and comfort. Your role will involve various duties such as providing personal care, assisting with daily activities, managing finances and offering emotional support. If you have a passion for helping others and making a positive impact in their lives, we encourage you to apply.

We currently have a few vacancies available - Days, sleep nights with a shift pattern, some evenings and weekends. Sleep Nights are paid at £60 per night.

**Duties**:

- Provide personal care to individuals, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
- Support individuals with mobility and transportation needs.
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record daily logs.
- Offer emotional support and companionship.
- Assist with household tasks such as cleaning and laundry.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred - Full training will be provided.
- Familiarity with first aid procedures is beneficial
- Ability to handle heavy lifting and perform physical tasks as required
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with individuals, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Compassionate nature and strong empathy towards others
