Customer Liaison Officer Role Overview

Streamline Search is seeking a skilled Customer Liaison Officer to join their dynamic team. As a key interface between the company and customers, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers through phone and email, handling queries efficiently and maintaining high standards of communication.
  • Liaise with internal departments and depots to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure timely return of hard copy PODs to customers.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external contacts.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify challenges and find solutions.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Team leader or supervisory experience is advantageous.
  • Previous data entry experience.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and administration skills.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: £24,000 - £28,000 (dependent on experience).
  • Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00, with a 1-hour unpaid break.
  • 25 days' holiday + Bank Holidays (33 days in total).
  • Auto-enrolment pension.
  • 1 month's notice after probation.
