Customer Liaison Officer Role Overview
Streamline Search is seeking a skilled Customer Liaison Officer to join their dynamic team. As a key interface between the company and customers, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers through phone and email, handling queries efficiently and maintaining high standards of communication.
- Liaise with internal departments and depots to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure timely return of hard copy PODs to customers.
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external contacts.
- Collaborate with the team to identify challenges and find solutions.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Team leader or supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Previous data entry experience.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and administration skills.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £24,000 - £28,000 (dependent on experience).
- Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00, with a 1-hour unpaid break.
- 25 days' holiday + Bank Holidays (33 days in total).
- Auto-enrolment pension.
- 1 month's notice after probation.
