Job Title: Education Specialist for Early Years

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated professional to join our team at We Manage Jobs. As an education specialist, you will have expertise in Early Years education and be committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences for young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement effective strategies for promoting learning and development in Early Years settings.
  • To work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure seamless delivery of educational programs.
  • To maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and carers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Early Years education, with a focus on curriculum design and implementation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and families.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with best practices in Early Years education.

Working Hours:

Term time only, with specific hours as follows: Tuesday 3:45pm to 4:45pm (staff meeting), Wednesday 8:30am to 4:45pm (including planning meeting), Thursday and Friday 8:30am to 3:45pm.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 per annum, based on location and experience.

Contract Type: Fixed term from January to August 2025.
