Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our supply team as an Education Support Professional. As a key member of the team, you will provide essential support to teachers and pupils in various schools across Birmingham. Your responsibilities will include providing one-to-one and small group support to students, assisting with administrative tasks, and adapting to different classroom settings and age groups.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a related role.
  • A genuine passion for supporting young learners and contributing to their personal and academic growth.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting both teachers and pupils.
  • Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, based on experience.
