About the Opportunity

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • To develop and assess individualized learning plans to support learners' ability to work confidently, effectively, and independently in life and work.
  • To plan and deliver a creative curriculum that meets the needs of individual students, promoting progression opportunities and maximizing learner outcomes.
  • To build effective relationships with learners, parents/carers, and staff, achieving company KPIs and Individual Performance Plan.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in 14-24 provision.
  • A full Teaching Qualification (PGCE, QTS, PTLLS, DTLLS).
  • Experience of teaching students within the field of Autism and/or Special Educational Needs (SEN).
