Learner Support Advisor

The successful candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with additional needs and be able to provide tailored support to meet each learner's unique requirements. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with learners, staff, and external partners.
This term-time only position offers a competitive salary of £25,192 - £29,390 (pay scale points 15 – 22), as well as a comprehensive benefits package and access to training and development opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- To support learners in work placement settings, ensuring they receive the necessary guidance and support to achieve their goals.
- To contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve learner outcomes and enhance the overall quality of our provision.
- To promote effective communication and collaboration between learners, staff, and external partners, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
