Teaching Professional for Young Learners

In this role, you will work closely with students who require additional support due to behavioral and emotional challenges. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective behaviour management plans, creating a safe and inclusive learning environment, and encouraging positive social interactions and student engagement with learning.
To succeed in this role, you must possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with primary education experience and proven ability to work with children or young people with challenging behaviour. Strong communication skills and a calm demeanor are also essential for building strong relationships with students and collaborating with the school's SEN and behavioural support teams.
