Become a Teaching and Training Professional

We invite applications from highly motivated individuals for the position of Teaching and Training Professional at S Knights. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Designing Effective Lesson Plans: Create engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of adult learners.
  2. Evaluating Learner Outcomes: Assess learner progress, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly.
  3. Providing Career Advice: Offer expert guidance to learners on potential career paths, helping them make informed decisions about their future.
  4. Developing Customised Learning Materials: Create innovative learning materials that meet the unique needs and goals of each learner.
  5. Ensuring Compliance and Quality: Maintain accurate records, adhering to quality and regulatory standards.
  6. Fostering Employer Relationships: Build strong partnerships with local employers to enhance learner employability and career prospects.

We seek candidates with:

  • A teaching qualification at level 2 (e.g. CTLLS, PTLLS, AET, PGCE)
  • GCSE Maths and English at grade C/4 or Functional Skills Level 2
  • Experience in delivering Functional Skills and vocational training
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

This role offers a competitive salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
