About the Role:

  • Spearhead all recruitment and selection processes, ensuring we attract top talent within the hospitality industry.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and development by designing and implementing engaging training programs for all employees.
  • Collaborate closely with management to provide guidance and support on performance management matters, fostering employee growth and accountability.
  • Maintain meticulous compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to human resources.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and proactively propose initiatives to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and retention.
  • Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with employees at all levels, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Oversee the management of our HR/Payroll systems and internal communications channels.
