Job Description:
As a Specialist Learning Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a secondary school setting. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Supporting Students:
- Providing individualized support to students with ASC, complex needs, and challenging behaviors
- Assisting teachers in classrooms with 4-8 pupils per class
- Accompanying students on outdoor day trips and activity days
- Working closely with the school's vision and core values

Working with Teachers:
- Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Providing feedback and updates to teachers on student progress

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience working with students with SEN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Relevant qualifications and training (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
- DBS registration or willingness to apply

Salary:
This role comes with a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
