Part Time Care Worker

We are seeking a Part Time Care Worker - Community Inclusion Specialist to join our team in Waterlooville. This role involves supporting individuals with learning disabilities in a 24-hour supported living service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with daily living skills, including personal care, budget management, and household tasks.
- Facilitate community inclusion through activities such as swimming, bowling, and social events.
- Develop positive relationships with the people we support and promote their independence.
Salary: Estimated £18,000 - £20,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and sleep-ins
