About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Support Worker to join our team at Customcare. As a Support Worker, you will deliver person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting their independence, dignity, and self-worth.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as patience, compassion, and a positive attitude at all times.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver award-winning care to support our clients in their own homes
- Provide companionship and emotional support to service users
- Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help with medication management and meal preparation
- Support with mobility and daily living tasks
