Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Specialist SEND Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in both one-to-one and small group settings.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have previous experience working with children with SEND and a caring and patient approach to supporting students with varying needs. You will be required to provide essential support to students with moderate to complex learning and physical needs, helping them achieve their full potential in a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to students with SEND.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop tailored support plans.
  • Help students build confidence and independence in a supportive environment.

Requirements:

  • Valid DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
  • Experience working with children with SEND.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: £12-£15 per hour (dependent on location and experience). We offer flexible working hours to suit your schedule and competitive daily pay, paid weekly.
