Homecare Support Worker

We are a leading provider of care services, and we're looking for a Homecare Support Worker to join our team in Waterlooville. As a Care Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives while developing your skills and career.
The estimated salary for this position is £12.90 per hour (weekdays) and £13.90 per hour (weekends), plus 45p mileage. Your Role:
As a Homecare Support Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Providing one-to-one support to clients in their own homes
- Assisting with daily tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores
- Encouraging clients to maintain their independence and engage in activities they enjoy
- Building strong relationships with clients and their families
