About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Residential Care Worker to join our team, providing care and support to Children and Young People with learning disabilities. This role involves working in residential units in the Waterlooville, Fareham, and Locks Heath areas, offering a range of shift patterns to suit your lifestyle.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the needs of vulnerable individuals, possessing excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. As a Residential Care Worker, you will work closely with colleagues to provide individualized care plans, promoting the well-being and development of the individuals in your care.

FPR Group offers a competitive hourly rate of £10-13 per hour, paid weekly via BACS, along with holiday pay earned separately. Additional benefits include an Enhanced Child and Adult Workforce DBS, mandatory training, and the option to participate in a workplace pension scheme.
