About the Role

This part-time Support Worker position is based in Waterlooville and involves working with females who require support with daily living skills. The successful candidate will need to be enthusiastic, outgoing, and honest, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.

The job involves providing support with finances, cooking, cleaning, and general daily living skills. You will also be responsible for facilitating community inclusion, promoting independence, and dignity, while ensuring the individuals we support feel valued and respected.

As a Support Worker, you will work independently and as part of a team, with regular supervision and support from experienced staff. You will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

The salary for this role is approximately £19,000 per year, depending on experience. Other benefits include flexibility to work the hours you choose, annual leave entitlement based on hours accrued, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
