We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic female Support Worker to join our Service in Waterlooville, working on a permanent and part-time basis. The role requires the individual to support 4 ladies living in the area, facilitating community inclusion and assisting with daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supporting individuals to live independently – budget management, bill payments, housework, scheduling appointments, and preparing healthy meals.
  2. Excellent communication skills and relationship building – supporting individuals to understand their surroundings and promoting positive relationships.
  3. Community & Social Inclusion – assisting individuals to access and participate in local community events to promote life skills and individuality.
  4. Personal care – helping individuals get ready for the day, which may include prompting medication and assisting with bathing, showering, and using the bathroom.

The salary for this position is approximately £26,500 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, and includes flexibility to choose working hours and ongoing training opportunities.
