Autism and Learning Disability Support Practitioner

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who genuinely cares about making a difference in others' lives and is passionate about delivering person-centred care. Working closely with our multidisciplinary team, you will develop and implement individualised care plans, ensuring each individual receives the support they need to live fulfilling lives.
You will require a strong understanding of Autism, Learning Disabilities, Behaviours that Challenge and Positive Behaviour Support principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A valid full UK driving license is also essential for this role. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £23,400 per annum (pro-rata), plus benefits including a pension scheme, life assurance and access to training opportunities.
