Positive Intervention Worker

Working as part of a collaborative team, you will assist individuals to develop and maintain skills, promote independence and enhance overall well-being. Your calm and patient approach will enable you to effectively handle challenging situations and maintain a safe and respectful environment.
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have a strong ability to empathise with individuals and their families, and be proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues. You must also hold a valid full UK driving license, have experience working with adults with Autism and Learning Disabilities and be familiar with Positive Behaviour Support principles.
A competitive salary of £23,400 per annum (pro-rata) is offered, along with additional benefits including a pension scheme, life assurance and access to training opportunities.
