Dynamic Support Assistant Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Support Assistant to join our team in Waterlooville. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities in their daily lives.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others. Your primary responsibility will be to assist individuals with daily activities, provide emotional support, and promote their independence. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that individuals receive the highest quality of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with daily living tasks, including personal care and hygiene
- Provide emotional support and companionship to adults with learning disabilities
- Promote independence and encourage individuals to take part in activities that bring them joy
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for adults in your care

Requirements:
- A genuine passion for supporting adults with learning disabilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
- A positive and empathetic attitude towards adults with learning disabilities
