City and County Healthcare Group Ltd offers an exciting opportunity for a Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting clients in their own homes, enabling them to live safely and independently. Your day-to-day duties will include assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence, as well as supporting clients with their medication.
We do not require any prior experience in social care to apply for this role. Instead, we value compassion, resilience, and a willingness to learn new skills and develop knowledge. The estimated salary for this role is approximately £23,147 - £25,481 per annum, depending on hours worked. Our benefits package includes enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, death in service payment, pension scheme, benefits and well-being platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme, cycle to work scheme, and eligibility for Blue Light Card with access to over 15,000 discounts nationwide.
