**Drive to Success**: Earn 45p per mile

**- What You'll Do**
As a Community Care Team Leader, you'll have a dynamic and rewarding role:
**Supportive Backbone**: Assist our management team in ensuring smooth operations.
**Care with Compassion**: Step in to cover care calls as needed (role is 30% hands on caring).
**Office Guru**: Handle basic admin tasks and support the team with Microsoft Word and basic Excel tasks (role is 70% office based).
**Quality Assurance**: Conduct spot checks for carers to maintain high standards.
**Assessment Expertise**: Complete initial assessments and care reviews.
**Communication Pro**: Maintain excellent phone manners and liaise with healthcare professionals.
**Team Player**: Support and manage our other offices in Grayshott and Chichester when needed.
**Development Hub**: Lead supervisions and appraisals for carers, fostering growth.
**Client-Centered**: Provide top-notch care and support to our clients.
