Care Team Opportunities

Cornerstone Healthcare Group provides specialist care for vulnerable people who present with challenging behaviours associated with complex neurodegenerative and mental health needs.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the care team, prioritising their workload and supporting residents in daily living activities.

  • Estimated salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience working as a Senior Care Assistant within the UK is essential
  • Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, residents and their families

You will work 45 hours per week on Week B: Monday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday.

Job Description:
  • Supporting all aspects of daily living, including personal care, mealtimes and social activities
  • Helping residents to remain as independent as possible
