Job Title: Children's Home Registered Manager

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Registered Manager to lead a team dedicated to providing high-quality care for children and young people.

This role requires a warm, approachable leader who prioritises safeguarding and works collaboratively with all staff, families, and agencies to achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safeguard the children and young people in your care
  • Lead, manage, and motivate your team to provide the highest quality of care
  • Ensure staff work to deliver positive outcomes for children and young people
  • Oversee staff performance and ensure an effective workforce strategy, including recruitment, induction, rota management, supervision, and professional development
  • Monitor facilities, resources, practices, and records regularly following our Quality Assurance Process
Requirements:
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience with prior Ofsted registration
  • Knowledgeable in current care legislation and high-quality outcomes
  • Skilled in providing flexible, personalised care packages
  • Experienced in partnership with local authorities, parents, and other stakeholders

Estimated Salary: £45,000 per year
