Home Care Assistant Leader

We are looking for a Home Care Assistant Leader to lead our team of care assistants. As a leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and support in their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of care assistants
- Deliver exceptional care and support to our clients
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our clients
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
- Leadership and management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement care plans
Estimated salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
