Care Coordinator

Are you passionate about creating engaging experiences for residents?

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Care Coordinator to join our team at Cinnamon Care, a luxury nursing, residential and dementia care home in Hampshire.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Activities Lead to coordinate a successful activities programme within the home, including internal and external communication about activities-focused programmes for our residents.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Organise and conduct activities that encourage social, mental, and physical stimulation for residents within the home.
  • Help organise fundraising events and special occasions such as Christmas entertainment and Royal Occasions.
  • Produce a monthly programme of events for discussion with the General Manager.
  • Evaluate and enhance the homes activities programme through resident and team member engagement.
  • Maintain posters and notice boards throughout the home.

Requirements:

  • A compassionate and caring nature.
  • Ability to organise activities and create engaging experiences.
  • Outgoing and fun personality to motivate residents and staff.
  • IT literacy and proficiency in using systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good English language skills.

Working Arrangements:

This part-time role (18 hours per week) will include some weekend working. In return for your dedication, you will receive £12.12 per hour plus company benefits. Estimated salary: £21,900 - £23,000 per year.
