Job Responsibilities

As a Personal Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of personalized care and support services to our clients. This includes developing and implementing care plans, conducting risk assessments, and monitoring the progress of clients.

You will work closely with our clinical teams to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of care and support. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues to our senior staff.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, death in service payment, and access to a benefits and well-being platform.
