Key Details- Estimated salary: £35,000 - £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Care Coordinator. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for planning activities, safeguarding residents, and promoting their welfare.
In this role, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care across 6 units. We require a minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar UK setting, where you have worked with residents who have additional support needs.
