We work with many of UK and Europe’s most loved premium, niche and cult beauty brands offering bespoke brand development & production from our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Hampshire.

We are looking for an ambitious, highly organised individual who is willing to learn and wants to pursue a career in Planning and Procurement.

As an Admin Planning Assistant, you will be working alongside the Production Planner to support the execution of the BULK and Finished Goods plan.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be a key support with all admin tasks within Planning department.
- Data Management: maintaining, checking and organising production-related data, such as production schedules, inventory records and manufacturing order updates each day.
- Documentation and Reporting: help the Planner in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents related to production planning.
- Distribute relevant information to ensure that all parties are informed about production plans, changes, and updates.
- Track the progress of tasks, follow up on pending actions, and ensure that our internal and customer deadlines are met.
- Accurately loading Customer Orders into our ERP system (Winman)
- Assist the Planner with any ad-hoc admin related tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to see beyond the day-to-day to help prevent any potential gaps in the workflow.
- Previous ERP system experience as it applies to the core of the role, preferably planning software. Full training will be given on Winman.
- Ability to take the lead and resolve queries independently.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams
- Ability to work under the time pressures.
- Analytical thinking and great attention to detail is absolutely essential.

Job Type - Permanent, Full time

Schedule - Monday to Friday 8am-4pm

Office Location - 121 Proxima Park, Houghton Avenue, Waterlooville, Hampshire, PO7 3DU

Reporting to - Production Planner

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
