**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Trainee Financial Planner. This entry-level position is ideal for someone passionate about finance, eager to learn, and ready to embark on a rewarding career in financial planning.

Responsibilities will include:

- Provide administrative support, including document preparation, data entry and client file management.
- Assist our Financial Planners in analysing financial information.
- Participate in training sessions to understand financial products, investment strategies and industry regulations.
- Learn to develop personalised financial plans based on client goals, risk tolerance
- and financial circumstances.
- Collaborate with team members to stay updated on industry-specific changes.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and
- outstanding service.
- Work closely with experienced Financial Planners to gain insights into holistic financial planning, effective communication, and client retention.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Preferable - Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and develop a deep understanding of financial planning principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-orientated environment.
- Basic knowledge of financial markets and investment products is preferable.
- Detail-orientated with a high level of accuracy in work.

**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year
