Corporate Event Sales Strategist

Village Hotel - Bracknell is seeking an experienced Corporate Event Sales Strategist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing high-profile bookings and delivering exceptional customer service.
The salary for this role is estimated to be between £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:The Corporate Event Sales Strategist will be responsible for:
- Inspiring and motivating the sales team to excel in securing bookings and maximising revenue streams
- Identifying new business opportunities and staying up-to-date with local developments and competitors
- Designing and delivering effective sales activity plans to drive business growth
- Ensuring attention to detail in contract administration and quote issuance
- Providing excellent customer service and conducting show rounds to promote services
- Demonstrating strong commercial acumen to win new business, encourage repeat customers, and achieve targets
The successful candidate will be a motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
