Job Title: Sales Account Executive - Northern UK

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our Commercial Solutions Division in Northern UK. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales and penetrating specific 3M products in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Northern UK region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales management, marketing, and technical support, to achieve sales goals.
  • Manage a defined geographic territory of customers and accounts in Northern UK.
  • Coordinate customer contact strategy with field sales teams to optimize customer experience and selling time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential.
  • Strong sales experience, preferably selling via distribution/channel partners.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Team player with lots of energy and a strong drive for success.
  • Performance-oriented with a proven record of success.

Additional Experience/Qualifications:

  • Graphic Market industry experience.
  • Graphic product knowledge and/or sales experience.
  • Experience working in a corporate matrix environment.

Location: Field-based position covering Northern UK from Leicester to Carlisle.

Ideal Candidate Location: Leeds, York, Harrogate, but will consider other locations North of Leicester.
