Job Title: Sales Account Executive - Northern UK

At 3M, we are committed to innovation and creativity. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our Commercial Solutions Division within the Graphic Market business.

The Impact You Will Have

As a Sales Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by:

  • Generating sales and penetrating specific 3M products, including printable films, colored films, over-laminates, surface finishes, and glass finishes.
  • Delivering and owning a defined sales quota.
  • Performing against defined Key Performance Indicators.
  • Engaging regularly with key divisional functions, including sales management, marketing, and technical support.
  • Coordinating customer contact strategy with the field sales team to ensure customer experience and selling time are optimized.
  • Managing a defined geographic territory of customers/accounts.
Your Skills and Expertise

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong sales experience, preferably selling via distribution/channel partners.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • A team player with lots of energy.
  • Performance-oriented with a strong drive for success.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve exceptional results.
  • A proven record of success.
Additional Experience/Qualifications

While not essential, additional experience/qualifications that could help you succeed in this role include:

  • Graphic Market Industry experience.
  • Graphic Product knowledge and/or sales experience.
  • Experience of working in a corporate matrix environment.
Location

This is a field-based position covering Northern UK from Leicester to Carlisle. Ideal candidate locations include Leeds, York, and Harrogate, but we will consider other locations north of Leicester.
