Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including private healthcare, matched pension, holiday purchase scheme, increased holiday entitlement with service, enhanced maternity and family leave, and additional 'moments that matter' paid time off.
Job DescriptionAs Chief Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for translating vendor/technology growth plans internally and driving them in specific strategic segments. You will align with marketing-on-Marketing Development Funds (MDF) and with the wider sales organisation on specialised opportunities.

You can expect to:
- Grow profitable market share by executing the Business Unit strategy in full alignment.
- Negotiate and ownership of opportunities from leads to completion, and close large deals with full knowledge of assigned Vendor's product / service line.
- Optimises results by driving sales out of agreed vendor portfolio including new vendor identification, on-boarding and other business development initiatives.
- Builds a successful proposal by gathering information from the customer and planning an effective approach that demonstrates an understanding of requirements.
- Take solution and service offerings to market including ownership of specific plans to drive ROI.
- Ownership and accountability of joint plans with the vendor, planning and execution.
- Delivers value to customer whilst maintaining expected levels of margin return against balanced product mix.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A clear understanding of TD SYNNEX's and NetApp's core value proposition, demonstrating ability to communicate with context to customer requirements.

- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Self-management and attention to detail.
- Skilled multi-level relationship builder.
- Strong orientation towards and experience in services and solution selling.
- Strategic planning and business case development.
