Customer Success Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Strategist to join our EMEA team. As a trusted advisor, you will build long-term relationships with our clients, ensuring the success of our solutions.
About the Role:
- Become an extension of our client's team, establishing strong relationships and driving continued value from our solutions.
- Develop strategic joint success plans, identifying objectives, milestones, and measurable KPIs to achieve desired outcomes.
- Work closely with clients to create tailored customer success plans, focusing on critical goals and objectives.
- Act as a primary point of contact, capable of triaging customer inquiries and providing expert-level support.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or customer care within a B2B environment, with expertise in engineering/technical personas a plus.
- Proficient written and verbal skills in multiple languages, including Spanish, German, French, etc.
- Possess high levels of empathy and patience, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders worldwide.
A Competitive Offer:
We provide a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, and opportunities for growth and professional development.
