Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking an exceptional talent to join our NetApp team in the role of Business Development Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through effective sales strategies and partnerships.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to align with marketing-on-Marketing Development Funds (MDF) and work closely with the wider sales organization on specialized opportunities. You will also prioritize the wellbeing, growth, and inclusivity of our diverse workforce, upholding our company values of inclusion, collaboration, integrity, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a clear understanding of TD SYNNEX's and NetApp's core value proposition and effectively communicate it to customers.
- Grow profitable market share by executing the Business Unit strategy in full alignment.
- Negotiate and own opportunities from leads to completion, closing large deals with a thorough knowledge of assigned Vendor's product/service line.
- Optimize results by driving sales out of agreed vendor portfolios, including new vendor identification, onboarding, and other business development initiatives.
- Able to demonstrate strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Influence and persuasion, with a proven ability to self-manage in an external environment.
- Strong orientation towards services and solution selling, with experience in strategic planning and business case development.
- An estimated salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
