Business Development Manager – Bracknell – £38-48

Are you a sales professional with experience in B2B beauty brands?

We're looking for someone to join our team and help us drive business growth.

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying opportunities and working with internal teams to progress them.

You'll also plan and execute initiatives to build brand awareness and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute joint business plans with retail and online partners
  • Manage and analyse sales activities, results, and trends with a focus on strategy, forecasting, and P&L accountability
  • Provide best-in-class service to accounts, providing information, collateral and assets accurately and on time
  • Identify business development opportunities, and progress them with internal teams
  • Plan and execute initiatives that build brand awareness and drive sales

The ideal candidate is commercially savvy, and a strong communicator who builds productive relationships across diverse teams.

You'll work in an exciting and friendly office where everybody has a 'roll your sleeves up and get stuck in' attitude.
