About the Role

Baines Simmons is seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve individual sales target and actively support Academy team target through consistently high activity rates.
  • Manage your sales territory to generate new business leads and develop existing accounts.
  • Convert leads generated from marketing campaigns, referrals, and events.
  • Work with consultants and the Product team to respond to client enquiries.
  • Ensure our terms of business are consistently applied.
About You
  • Minimum 2 years' experience within consultative sales.
  • Experience using a CRM to record sales and interactions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a broader team.
