Job Title: Cloud Sales Manager

Location: Hybrid

Salary: Up to £55k with double OTE

A leading UK-based Microsoft partner, already recognised as an Azure Expert Managed Service Provider (MSP), is rapidly growing and investing heavily into their sales teams.

We are looking to speak with professionals experienced with selling Cloud based services, preferably Microsoft Azure for Account Manager positions.

These roles will involve selling to existing customers (with accounts provided from day one) as well as new logos.

Role Overview:

The Cloud Sales Manager will develop strong customer relationships, connect with key business stakeholders, and prepare sales reports. They will address client queries, identify new business opportunities, and liaise with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and close new business opportunities within existing clients.
  • Maintain clients through excellent customer care and strong negotiation.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and pipeline.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports on account status.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or relevant role.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
