Job Title: Therapeutic Teachers

We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated educators to join our team at LT Support in Chelmsford.

The successful teachers will coordinate and facilitate learning through engaging, well sequenced and appropriately challenging lessons which ensure that children know and remember more.

About the Role:
  • Motivate, engage and inspire children to reach their full potential.
  • Facilitate a well sequenced curriculum and child-centred learning.
  • Manage behaviour positively and in line with the schools' ethos and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. To develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of all learners.
  2. To assess and report on pupil progress using formative and summative assessment techniques.
  3. To contribute to the school's daily provision including breakfast, break, lunch, assembly, exercise and extra-curricular activities.
Salary and Benefits:

Requirements:

Ideal candidates will have experience working in an SEMH/SEN environment. If you do not hold QTS but are a graduate or unqualified teacher willing to work towards QTS, we will support you with this.
