Norwegian Language Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Norwegian Language Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers in Norwegian and English.
About the Role:
- Responsible for handling customer cases and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide support to customers in Norwegian and English, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Work with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer cases and provide regular updates to relevant teams.
Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in Norwegian (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within a contact center or automotive environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in both Norwegian and English.
- The ability to manage multiple cases at once and find solutions to customer issues.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Willingness to come to the office one day per week (flexible on the day) at either Daventry or Dunton location.
Salary: £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus benefits
