Customer Experience Expert in Norwegian

We are seeking a highly skilled Norwegian Language Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers in Norwegian and English.
About the Role:
- Handle customer cases and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide support to customers in Norwegian and English, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Tackle customer service challenges and find solutions using your problem-solving skills.
- Work with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer cases and provide regular updates to relevant teams.
