Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through strong relationship building.

This role is ideal for an individual who can leverage business outcomes by realizing value on the fundamental reasons customers purchased our solutions.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and relationship management skills, fluency in Swedish and/or Norwegian, as well as English (verbal and written). Previous experience in a similar customer-centric role generating cloud software customer value with quick time-to-value is essential.
