We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Percepta LLC. As a bilingual Account Manager/Technical Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for UK and European customers across multiple channels.

You will deliver exceptional customer support by leveraging your language skills, technical expertise, and customer-centric approach. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing product knowledge, expertise, and support to resolve technical issues
  • Sharing best practices to upskill customers in using software products
  • Identifying customers at risk of churn and converting them into advocates through outstanding customer service

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Verbal and written fluency in English and German (minimum HB2/C1 level, ideally C2)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and soft skills
  • Prior experience in Contact Centre/Customer Service or transferable skills
  • Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Empathy and awareness of customer loyalty drivers
