Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team, who can work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer interactions and maintain a high level of store standards. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and have a strong commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve customers with passion and pride, providing them with a great natural service experience.
  • Develop knowledge of products and services within the store, enabling you to provide informed advice and recommendations to customers.
  • Work across various areas of the store, including service, picking, and replenishment, to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer outcomes.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, manage workload, and adhere to company policies and procedures to drive business results.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure employee well-being.
Requirements:
  • Able to build rapport with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized service experiences.
  • Strong communication skills, able to articulate complex information clearly and concisely to customers and colleagues.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to respond to changing priorities and demands while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and inclusive store culture.

  • Competitive salary: £12.02 per hour (increasing to £13.15 for stores within the M25) plus additional payments depending on location and skills.
