About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Team Leader to join our team at Savers. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and improve customer engagement
* Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
* Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
